About us
Your neighbors in waste management
Old Pines Trash Services is a family-owned business rooted right here in Moore County. We started because our community deserves better — reliable, honest, affordable trash pickup from people who actually care.
Our story
We saw too many neighbors frustrated by unreliable service, surprise fees, and companies that never answer the phone. So we decided to do it differently — starting a trash collection service built on the values that matter in a small community: showing up when we say we will, charging a fair price, and treating every customer like a neighbor.
Every member of our team lives right here in the area we serve. When you call, you talk to a real person. When we pick up your trash, we treat your property with respect. It's that simple.
What we believe
- Reliability is non-negotiable. Same day, every week.
- Honesty builds trust. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
- Community matters. We're your neighbors first, your service provider second.
- Service should be simple. Sign up, get a can, and forget about it.
